Been watching olympic wrestling, and decided to have as my goal:
a minimum weight of 132 lbs, and a maximum weight of 160 lbs. Body fat % of 15 max.

Had some more Longanisa, garlic rice and eggs at Goldilocks this morning. Had Mi egg noodle soup with shrimp, chicken, tripe, beef, etc. and taro pearl drink. Some 7up, too. A cup of coffee with 3 sugars and 2 creams. Sushi rolls, w/ shrimp tempura, crab, salmon, cucumbers, avocado, cream cheese, 2 saba, and 2 hirame, edamame, salad w/ dressing. All at this nice place in Danville called Kane Sushi. The Goldilocks was in Pleasant Hill and the Vietnamese Pho place was in Concord, and really good. Oops, also had some pork chop and fried chicken wings. At Parsons, finished a quart of Double Rainbow Coffee Blast ice cream over 2 nights, and had 4 slice of domino's combo pizza, and a yogurt smoothie this morning.

What friggin' filipinos live in concord? Pork Tocino, some palabok, 4 eggs over easy, 2 pieces of Longanisa, and some garlic fried rice. Damn, that shit was masarap! Ghirardelli coffee ice cream - 2 big scoopa. Quizno's regular turkey sandwich for lunch/dinner. Whole foods organiz honey frosted flakes and milk for snack.
Carpet cleaned and upholstery cleaned the living room. 183 lbs.

Had leftover capellini from last night for lunch. Chomped down some macadamia white chocolate chip cookies w/ milk for a snack, and ate korean spare ribs, bbq chicken, and green chard for dinner.
Played with Belly and Jingo for half an hour. Slept for 3-4 hours. 183 lbs.

played soccer and fetch w/ Belly and Jingy for a 1/2 hour. Walked Gilbey around the block for 20 minutes. Carpet-cleaned the stairs and upstairs hallway.
Ate leftover Chicken Super Nachos from Taqueria Los Gallos for lunch, and Capellini w/ Salmon, pine nuts, escarole, tomatoes in olive oil for dinner. Drank 2 glasses of Pepsi. 183 lbs.

Walked Gilbey for an hour last night. But I ate a bag of cheese puffs. Had some really good stuffed chicken wings, brown fried rice with ground chicken, and a little pad thai from Bua Luang.

Ate another bag of rice chips. Ate 5 macadamia white chocolate chip cookies, too, with milk. Ate salmon and rice for dinner (small serving since I was hopped up on rice chips).

Had some good food at Cortez on Sunday night....Tapas. For some reason, I thought tapas were some kind of Salvadorean ethnic dish, but apparently it's a general term for small plate servings. Had some hamachi, duck, hanger steak, salmon, and chimay ice cream.
On Monday, slept in until 2. Cooked some sinigang for dinner with chicken and beef and cabbage and onions. On Tuesday had brunch at Copenhagen's bakery in Burlingame. Same ole' stuff: banana pancakes, bowl of fruit, etc. For dinner cooked some roast chicken and green chard. Chomped down on a pint of coffee ice cream - was a bit depressed. 182 lbs.

Went to two picnics yesterday and the food at both was da shiznitty. Off da chains, off da hook, or as my former students like to say, off da sheets! Had Katsu, lechon, snickers, hawaiian beef, a hamburger, a hot dog, and a little pancit at Eli's party. Had oysters, a beer battered sausage, 3/4 of a Guinness, some ribs, and some orange chicken and pork spareribs. Good shit. Last night, toned it down with four hard-boiled eggs. At work, had two bags of mini chips ahoy and some milk; two cups of coffee with tasty, but bad (partially hydrogenated) coffeemate creamer.
Haven't weighed myself, but Dr. Greg Cynaumon suggests that I don't. He says, "It'll make you go crazy." Relacore and cortislim can kiss my ass. I can't beleive people fall for that crap. Gotta go and take my slim-fast and metabolife, and workout on my total gym.
