Had some papa murphy's pizza last night that made me have the mud butt this morning. I had to wipe my ass like I was wiping a newborn's ass. It was creamy ass shit (a bit redundant, don't you think?) all over the cheekage. Rich had the same thing going on in his nether regions. Methinks online staff left it out for a while before popping it into the fridge. Bastards. I'm gonna piss in the coffee. Just kidding.

Ate a buttload of fries at the W. While in SF, ate Sushi, Turkey sandwich, breakfast burrito with eggs, potatoes, and bacon, mocha bianca, 4 Rubio's tacos, and mostly water.
Walked all over the city. Did Qi Gong. 179 lbs.

A week on low carb, high exercise diet and I'm doing shitty. I had some gnocchi today, and although it was very good, It was all starch, negro! Sitll keeping a low calorie regimen, with no binge-eating.

Starting 21.07.04, I'll be back on Atkins. My goal is to reach 150 lbs by the beginning of October. My workout regimen will include daily walks w/ dogs, 4 out of 7 days of jogs and hikes w/ dogs, total gym, weider, Y-Dan, yoga, dumbbell, biking 2 out of 7 days. My diet will consist of low fat, low carbohydrate (only allowed Gatorade after tough workout, only vegetables and some fruit, no starches, no candy or chocolate), high protein food.
Visualize, Initiate, Persevere; Monitor, Verify, Progress 180 lbs.

Ate another bag of rice chips last night. Also had some salt and pepper spareribs from Roses. For lunch, I had leftover chicken, brown rice, and broccoli. At work at Crane, I had a bowl of organic corn puffs, a bowl of chili and a handful of tortilla chips.

Went to my company's annual dinner tonight and had bread, iceberg lettuce salad w/ 1000 island, two cups of coffee (w/ cream and =), ghirardelli milk chocolate w/ caramel filling, and prime rib w/ green beans and red potatoes. It was okay except most of the prime rib was prime fat!
Went into work and ate 4 pieces of TJ's breaded cod fillets w/ TJ tartar sauce. Had 1/2 coke to wash it down, and some caramel popcorn and honey mustard pretzels. Yesterday went to Bua Long in Albany and had the brown fried rice w/ chicken, onions, etc. My favorite. Also had some Pad Thai and an iced coffee. Had some popcorn and a B&J's toffee ice cream bar at the theaters. Ate leftovers for dinner, and a whole bag of brown rice chips. Went into work at Crane last night and had two bowls of Honey nut Cheerios. For lunch today had adobo and rice and pancit palabok at Jo's parents house. Way too many carb's today and yesterday. Gotta quit eating so many of those rice chips! 179 lbs.

Ate spider roll this afternoon, an apple and coffee for breakfast, and chips for a snack. Had some noodle soup with chicken, meatballs, and shrimp at Noel and Arlene's. Also a slice of chocolate cake.
No exercise, just slept. Worked last night until 1pm today. Tired as a huckabuck.

Woo hoo! Ate turkey bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast. Major indiscretion: ate nearly two bags of rice chips (damn they're so good!) in the past three days. Had Saba nigiri and a couple of rolls for dinner. Late dinner - had chocolate chip ice cream, cream, mocha, chocolate covered macadamia nuts, cookie crust, some blueberry parfait, porkchops, fried pasta, peaches, duck breast, baby spinach, and leeks. Goddamn, I was full and content. Played with dogs, did Y-dan.
180 lbs on tap tomorrow: work out upper body at Parsons cook salmon dinner for our anniversary! (look for recipes, fool) do Y-dan in the afternoon play with Belle and Jingy Walk Gilbey at night

Roasted a chicken tonight and it tasted pretty good. Nice and tender. That's how I like my breasts. Hehe. Had leftover ground turkey and HI drive in left overs for lunch. Munched on tortilla chips, rice chips, and macadamia white chocolate cookies.

Another one just opened up down the road on Hesperian, and we ate there last night for dinner, as well as this afternoon for lunch. Had the teriyaki beef, fried shrimp, chicken, and short ribs. And of course, mac salad. No Hawaiian Sun, though; too much azucar. Yesterday we, had a late lunch at Arlene's parents' retirement party. Same ole' pinoy fare: sweet and sour fish, adobo, lechon, kutsinta, and two SNPA's. There's my quota for the month.
Tonight, Jo cooked some shrimp with cabbage and bok choy. Yumster! At work last night, had HI drive in leftovers and this awesome TJ's organiz chips and their salsa. Previous night, I gorged on a bowl of moose tracks ice cream. Not bad for safeway select. Did Y-dan with Jo 2 out of past 3 days. Played with the dogs 1 hour each day. Worked out at Parsons (upper body) friday night. 177 lbs (pre Hawaii drive in)

Walked Gilbey around Berkeley for a couple of hours, walked Belle for an hour. Ate baby back ribs with mixed greens, some salmon and basmati rice, broccolini, water only, some gatorade, ben and jerry's coffee chunk ice cream, two tiny burritos with chicken, and ground turkey with scrambled eggs and ketchup.

Had our company picnic today and played volleyball and football. At the end of football, I was panting like a dog in heat. Also worked last night, so I hadn't slept since Tuesday afternoon. Slept like a baby afterwards. Played for nearly 3hours. Ate enchiladas and tacos at work last night. Ate a hamburger and hotdog w/ beans and corn at the picnic. Had a snapple (52 whopping grams of sugar!) and a Hansen's soda. Walked Jingo at night.
