one month into my regimen and I've lost 10 lbs. I've stalled around that for the past week, but am ready to lose my next 10

today, ate leftover loco moco w/ a little rice and mac salad, chili nachos with guacamole, sour cream, queso, and only 12 chips, a banana, kiwi, water, a little gatorade

walked the dogs for 1/2 hour, went to the mall with the family
