My goal now is to lose 27 lbs. in two months....which means when the new baby arrives. Most of it will be intense and frequent cardio, including jogging, stepping, biking, and total gym. I'll also modify my diet so that I will be on a low-carb, low-fat, high-protein diet, with lots of low glycemic index fruits and vegetables. I'm not going to concentrate on strength just yet. I'll also allow myself 24 hours of indiscretion on Saturdays, but won't overdo it. Each day, I'll allow myself one food item that breaks the rules, as well. 194 lbs
