Took the dogs for a walk again, but I've been having no time to workout. Gotta make time, though. Today, going to a b-day picnic for lee-dawg, and hopefully we'll play some hoop. Gotta watch the carbs today. Also, do Y-dan in the morning. Yesterday, had a diet root beer and spinach salad with cottage cheese and 4 hard-boiled eggs. Protein power, punkass! 184 lbs.
