Haven't written in a while, but still on track

Still on track to lose 30 by the time I hit 30. I had it at 40, but I figure 30 would be more symbolic. That means I'll go from 190 to 160 in 4 months.

Today, no rice, coke, and lots of fruits and veggies. Didn't weigh myself.
