      walked dogs, did qi gong, and ate very well today....small meals, low carbs, high protein.  Gotta do 40 reps of push ups and curls. 184lbs.

      walked the dogs, 40 reps of push ups and curls, and played with the dogs in the past 3 days.   185lbs.

      Took the dogs for a walk again, but I've been having no time to workout.  Gotta make time, though.  Today, going to a b-day picnic for lee-dawg, and hopefully we'll play some hoop.  Gotta watch the carbs today.  Also, do Y-dan in the morning. Yesterday, had a diet root beer and spinach salad with cottage cheese and 4 hard-boiled eggs. Protein power, punkass! 184 lbs.

      Going well so far.  Been taking all my pills.  Today, I packed a protein lunch - baby spinach salad with cottage cheese, 4 hard boiled eggs, and a hansen's as a little treat.  Been walking the dogs, cleaning up the house, and I hope to go hiking this weekend. Tomorrow morning, gonna take the dogs on a lil' run at Garin before picking up Ma at St. Anne's. Tonight, I'm gonna log some time on the total gym. Ohh, how about some Y-dan in the early morn? 184 lbs.
