Gotta pull through....

Mya's been sleeping well the past two nights; thank Jah! But, I'm currently doing taxes into the wee hours, and I won't get done until maybe 6 or 7. Went to the dog park yesterday morning, and walked from BART to work. Cleaned up in the morning and evening. Took out garbage and recycling. That's about it when it comes to "exercise". The boys played ball tonight, which I was sad to miss. Been suffering from allergies because of C-pap; I don't hate the sneezing so much, it's more of the anticipated sneeze that never turns out. Sorta like Blue Balls for the sneezing impaired.

In the morning, gots to pack for conference this weekend; probably gonna sleep late inebriated on Friday night, conduct and attend workshops and speeches all day Saturday, and drive back 2 hours to the East Bay to work at Parsons at night. I don't know how I'm gonna make it.....And Sunday is no cake walk either. Church of course, First communion, and a 40th anniversary. Sunday night, I will plop like a monkey on crack.

no ball today

only 3 of us could make it tonight, so we cancelled. D'oh! Ate well, took both gems, and limited time on tv. Spent too much time on computer, though. Didn't walk the dogs.

Ate pb&j sandwich, yerba mate, cinnamon roll, fried chicken and little rice, spare ribs, and some diet pepsi, and a lot of water.

Tired....

Didn't really work out, but did a lot of chores: cleaned up dog's shit, cleaned downstairs for 1 hour in the morning, ran a ton of errands at work.

Ate well, took gems, tofu w/ syrup, ice cream, three street tacos (carnitas) from Rubios, one Quizno's smoked turkey sandwich, pineapples

185 lbs.

this morning - jog dogs at 5:30am; y-dan
tomorrow night - play ball at Logan; total gym

Thursday and Friday - been too tired to work out. Wednesday night, Mya kept me up all night. She woke up at least 4 times. Thursday, I dropped like a log. Friday, had to sleep for work.

Work @ Parsons - do yoga, and 100 curls
