Monday - took the dogs to Pt. Isabel and walked for an hour; ~200 reps on total gym Tuesday - played basketball with the guys for a couple of hours Wednesday - yoga and y-dan Ate no significant carbs except fries with my Red Robin Royal burger on Tuesday and fries with my crab cakes from Seabreeze. 183 lbs.
