Atkins, baby!

Today, going back on full Atkins. Only exception = healthy simple carbs (OJ, veggies, fruits, etc.)

190 lbs.
Goal = lose 15 lbs by end of April = 175 lbs.
lose 10 lbs in month of May = 165 lbs.
lose 5 lbs in month of June = 160 lbs.

Workout 5 times a week: total gym, yoga, judo, walk dogs, jog dogs, weights, train @ Arroyo, Y-Dan, Qi Gong
