Monday - took the dogs to Pt. Isabel and walked for an hour; ~200 reps on total gym Tuesday - played basketball with the guys for a couple of hours Wednesday - yoga and y-dan Ate no significant carbs except fries with my Red Robin Royal burger on Tuesday and fries with my crab cakes from Seabreeze. 183 lbs.

took both gemfibrozils ate no rice and noodles ate three pieces of hershey's chocolate did 100 curls at Parsons did Yoga at Parsons shoulda walked the dogs and went on total gym for 100 reps 188 lbs.

Today, going back on full Atkins. Only exception = healthy simple carbs (OJ, veggies, fruits, etc.) 190 lbs. Goal = lose 15 lbs by end of April = 175 lbs. lose 10 lbs in month of May = 165 lbs. lose 5 lbs in month of June = 160 lbs. Workout 5 times a week: total gym, yoga, judo, walk dogs, jog dogs, weights, train @ Arroyo, Y-Dan, Qi Gong

Gonna apply for BB5, which means I have to be able to take my shirt off. Yikes. Took the dogs to the park on Sunday. Gonna play some ball today. 182 lbs.

Been taking my gemfibrozil religiously, watching my carb intake, and exercising regularly. Played ball for 2 and a half hours on Wednesday, and walked the dogs 3 times this week. Goals next week: use total gym 3-5 times, organize 81 mg aspirin, metabietic, flax seed oil, omega-3 oil so that I can easily take them everyday 185 lbs.
