Not atkins, but pretty damn close...

Just went on a diet where I'm not eating rice, breads, etc. I'll still allow myself coffee and cream, and small carb delights, but my aim is to get down to b/t 160 and 170. Had some leftover chinese food: mongolian beef with onions, fish in black bean suace w/ green bell peppers, and chicken fried rice (a little)

190 lbs.
