For dinner, I ate some leftover shicken teriyaki with a little rice. This morning, I had 1/4 of a blueberry muffin. Then I had a roast beef sandwich from Berkeley bowl, organic orange juice, and knudsen cottage cheese for lunch. Had some pita chips for a snack. Gonna cook some roasted chicken and veggies tonight! still 187 lbs.
