Went to two picnics yesterday and the food at both was da shiznitty. Off da chains, off da hook, or as my former students like to say, off da sheets! Had Katsu, lechon, snickers, hawaiian beef, a hamburger, a hot dog, and a little pancit at Eli's party. Had oysters, a beer battered sausage, 3/4 of a Guinness, some ribs, and some orange chicken and pork spareribs. Good shit. Last night, toned it down with four hard-boiled eggs. At work, had two bags of mini chips ahoy and some milk; two cups of coffee with tasty, but bad (partially hydrogenated) coffeemate creamer.

Haven't weighed myself, but Dr. Greg Cynaumon suggests that I don't. He says, "It'll make you go crazy." Relacore and cortislim can kiss my ass. I can't beleive people fall for that crap. Gotta go and take my slim-fast and metabolife, and workout on my total gym.
