Thursday night, we had dinner at Yume Sushi in Alameda. It was really good. The fish was fresh and the entrees were very creative. I had this stuffed salmon inside squid that was called tiger eye because it looked like so. Alvin and JImmy had ahi poke, of which I sampled. Jo had CA rolls, and unagi. Of course, I had to have saba nigiri, and it was the freshest I've ever tasted.
Friday afternoon, Jo and I had lunch at a cheap Japanese place in Berkeley called Joshuya. We had the Joshuya rolls, CA rolls covered in unagi and roe, and the bento box, which consisted of chicken teriyaki and slamon shioyaki. For dinner, we had carnitas street tacos and baja fish tacos at Rubio's in Emeryville. Yum. 178 lbs.
