Had another extreme indiscretion yesterday: ate a whole serving of fried rice. Also had garlic chicken and shrimp with vegetables. Didn't even eat dinner because the rice filled me up. Ate 2 jack in the crack tacos and a chicken sandwich for a midnight meal.

Played ball; did well in the halfcourt set, but got schooled by a bunch of fast little asians in the fullcourt. Gotta work on my passing and jumpshot. Stop taking the hookshot too much.

Ate 5 krispy kreme donuts from last night to this morning. YUCK. But it was damn good at the time. Ate a crunch bar for a snack. Tony Roma's ribs for dinner. Started doxycycline yesterday. Gotta ingest it with food otherwise I feel like vomiting.

Walked dogs for an hour last night.

a little pancit for lunch
nilaga and brown rice for dinner
mango sausages x3 for midnight snack

walked dogs for an hour; cleaned up for 2 hours
frosted mini-wheats and milk for breakfast
bacon, onion, mushroom, and swiss cheese burger with half a bun, and some ribs, and a pint of Guinness from E-bar (oh yeah, some french fries)
2 slices of papa murphy de-lite pizza w/ a diet sprite

176 lbs. Last weekend, upper body workout (5 sets of 10 reps), and 30 minutes on the stepper. Walked dogs whis past week (1 hour/day).

179 lbs. Played with Belle 30 min. Stepper 20 min. Pasta with ground turkey and sausage for dinner. Pistachios for snack.
