Had trip-tip steak salad for dinner, leftover chicken broccoli casserole for lunch, and snacked on some low-carb ice cream, low-carb chocolate chip cookies and milk, and a triple espresso thai latte. 3/11 marks the day to begin the "lose 30 more lbs diet". My goal is 143 lbs, shich was my weight in freshman year in high school. I've already lost 22 lbs from an atkins/low carb diet. Gotta start exercising more consistently!
