170 lbs. Had tofu and pork fried rice for lunch and dinner. Damn the rice is good. Damn you rice! Damn you to hell! There's also leftover chinese here at the group home.....I can't have any more carbos!

Mowed lawn, trimmed tree, and played with the dogs....2 hours.
