naranja for snack mango snack last night for dinner tonight - beef stir fry w/ bok choy and peppers 174 lbs. Walked dogs last night 1/2 hr. Jacked off this morning 15 minutes. Yes, it's exercise.

Lunch - beef ribs, red bell peppers, and onions, and some rice. Ice cream, mango for snack. Powerade and lotsa water.
Dinner - Beef and Pork Nilaga, with cabbage, onions, potatoes, and some rice. Had some more at midnight. 174 lbs.

Ate Smart Start cereal and milk, 3 snickers ice cream bars (yipes!), a cup of mocha almond fudge (damn, I love ice cream), roasted chicken (w/ dry rub...very tasty), and a GB Marzen and Marzen sausage at the Coliseum.

Nurse checked my weight today....177 lbs. My scale at home says 172. Who knows?
Had to fast until lunchtime. Ate Pasta (quinoa) and ground turkey last night. Had 1.5 servings. It was quite good. Ate sushi for lunch. Small ass portions...saba, salmon, CA rolls, and katsu. Gonna eat some popcorn and Jo's gonna make some chicken adobo tonight. Also had an iced quad espresso.

Breakfast - eggs over hard (3), turkey bacon (2), and a heap of pork fried rice, and a sourdough bread w/ butter, gatorade lunch - 4 oysters, pork, Costco chicken, palabok, diet pepsi, mug root beer dinner - gatorade, chicken salad sandwich, 3 low-carb chocolate chip cookies, glass of milk

170 lbs. Had tofu and pork fried rice for lunch and dinner. Damn the rice is good. Damn you rice! Damn you to hell! There's also leftover chinese here at the group home.....I can't have any more carbos!
Mowed lawn, trimmed tree, and played with the dogs....2 hours.

171 lbs.
Had trip-tip steak salad for dinner, leftover chicken broccoli casserole for lunch, and snacked on some low-carb ice cream, low-carb chocolate chip cookies and milk, and a triple espresso thai latte. 3/11 marks the day to begin the "lose 30 more lbs diet". My goal is 143 lbs, shich was my weight in freshman year in high school. I've already lost 22 lbs from an atkins/low carb diet. Gotta start exercising more consistently!
