lunch yesterday - salmon and baby spinach salad

dinner - chicago style pizza from papa murphy's (minus the crust)

snacks - milk and two Mrs. field's cookies (later founf out it was 22g of CHO apiece. yikes!)

breakfast today - kix and milk

lunch today - bok choy, fried spareribs, and chicken, beef, mushroom, scallop chinese dish

176 lbs.
