      Man, I can't remember what I ate on Monday, but I think I was pretty good.  Let's pick up from Tuesday.
 Tuesday lunch - spam and coke snack - venti white mocha (mucho azucar!!!) dinner - sirloin burger w/ onions and chicken breast pieces at Jillian's and a Guinness lunch today - onion, swiss, and mushroom burger at TGIF; some garlic chicken and a Guinness (friggin' $6.45 for a pint!) snack - animal cracker (a whole shitload of them - bad franny, bad franny) snack - two no sugar added dreyer's whole fruit bars snack - strawberry yoplait yogurt dinner - NY strip steak with cabbage and red peppers and some coke Man, I'm fucking up. Between the pints of Guinness, binging on animal crackers, and sipping on coke, I hiccupped big time.

      dinner saturday - leftover tony roma's, and salmon in red curry sauce and duck with spinach from Sri Thai!  Yumm!
 snack - yogurt breakfast Sunday - Dim Sum; too many to name, but a little carbo from the wrappings, lots o' tofu, including my favorite dessert, taho, shrimp, ground beef, etc. I didn't have the nerve to try the chicken feet lunch - alimasag; including the fat, green stuff, all of it!! Crab for the rest of you. dinner - mahi mahi with broccoli (I was so full at the end of the day, I couldn't finish my dinner. That's a first!) snack - yogurt, and a coke

      lunch thursday - broiled mahi-mahi w/ sauteed broccoli and cabbage in olive oil
 dinner thursday - Mickey D's two McChickens w/o half the bun snack - 2 or 3 no sugar added whole fruit dreyer's ice cream bars lunch friday - broiled salmon w/ sauteed onions and red bell peppers in olive oil dinner - tony roma's (yum!@) carolina honey ribs, chicken, sausages, clam chowder, calamari, and a fat tire beer. Damn, that shit was good. lunch saturday - pho; beef tripe, tendon, flank steak, w/o noodles snack - pint o' Guinness merienda - sausage, half a corn on the cob 174 lbs.

 breakfast yesterday - spam, bacon and eggs dinner yesterday - tony roma's: ribs, sirloin steak, and shrimp skewers with vegetables snacks - root beer, cottage cheese, yogurt 179 lbs.

      lunch yesterday - salmon and baby spinach salad
 dinner - chicago style pizza from papa murphy's (minus the crust) snacks - milk and two Mrs. field's cookies (later founf out it was 22g of CHO apiece. yikes!) breakfast today - kix and milk lunch today - bok choy, fried spareribs, and chicken, beef, mushroom, scallop chinese dish 176 lbs.

      It's been 4 weeks since I've gone on a low-carb diet, and I've already lost 15 pounds.  I'm interested to see what it's actually doing to lower my cholesterol and triglyceride levels.  Two months ago, my cholesterol was at a whopping 290 and my TRI was a freakish 528.  Luckily, during one of Jo's appointments, her doctor ran across my readouts, and suggested a low-carb atkins-like diet for me.  He showed me his own levels before and after, and it was very similar to mine.  Little did I know that my cholesterol could be lowered by eating less carbohydrates.  Now, I don't eat rice or potatoes.  I still drink the occasional coke and eat candy, though.  And I have lapses where I go nuts on a piece of bread.  Now, my main goal is to consistently exercise.
 lunch - beef tenderloin salad with spinach and a vinagrette, small portion of chicken curry salad, 2 deviled eggs, 3 pineapple slices, 6-7 honey walnut prawns dinner - chicken pot pie (minus the pie), a sprite, and three funs size candy bars (oooppss) Damn you Halloween candy, damn you to hell!!
